Grooved Pegboard Test

Description: Grooved Pegboard is a manipulative dexterity test consisting of 25 holes with randomly positioned slots. Pegs with a key along one side must be rotated to match the hole before they can be inserted. This test requires more fine motor precision and complex visual-motor coordination than most pegboard tests. Some common uses are student labs, screening procedures in industry and evaluating lateralized brain damage. The pegs are conveniently stored under the nameplate.

WorkAbility Rate of Manipulation Test

Description: This test consists of test board and cylinders, and test manual. This is not the Minnesota Rate of Manipulation Test. It cannot be used to test against published test scores on that standardized test. This test is a variation of the Minnesota Manual Dexterity Test, with the board design altered to a 5 x 12 hole pattern to permit administration on most adjustable height tray tables. It can be used to test one person's performance against successive efforts or against comparison with industrial time standards.
