Mark Basich, MS, PT, CEA, TWD, CWT is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Associate, BWC-certified Transitional Work Developer, and Certified Workability Therapist. He earned a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from the Ohio State University and completed a masters degree in Community Health at West Virginia University. As President and owner of Innovative Work Solutions, Mr. Basich has been a consultant in the field of occupational health and ergonomics for over 25 years. His diverse clinical practice includes transitional work-site therapy, worker accommodation studies, ergonomic job analyses, development of transitional work programs, and training. He has therapy programs at multiple company locations related to the coal and steel industry.

  Terry is the president and founder of Working Options Inc, a Vocational Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Nursing and Transitional Work Development company.  She obtained her Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Ohio University and her Masters in Nursing Administration with specialization in Business Administration and Vocational Rehabilitation from Wheeling Jesuit University.  Her Master’s Thesis was “Multi-Disciplinary Teams in a Transitional Return To Work Environment Lowers Employer Fiscal Responsibilities”.  She also performed research in Activity Based Costing in regards to the management level of organizations.  She is a Registered Nurse in both Ohio and West Virginia.  She is also a Certified Case Manager and a Qualified Rehabilitation Professional and services clients in both Ohio and West Virginia.  She became a certified transitional work developer through the Ohio BWC on January 21, 2001, and has developed over 300 multi-industry programs to date.  She also services several self-insured employers.  Her company specializes in Job Accommodation and Vocational Rehabilitation professional partnerships in order to facilitate a safe and long term return to work effort.  She has served on several Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation work groups in regards to vocational rehabilitation services and the transitional work program and currently serves on the Provider Relations Work Group. Ms Driscoll also shares her real world perspective to nursing students as an adjunct faculty instructor for Ohio University, Wheeling Jesuit University and West Virginia Northern Community College.
